Challenge and Solutions
Many telecom companies use city photographers or stock photos for their campaigns. In a rural town, this just doesn’t fly. An image of a “Pacific Northwest happy customer” isn’t going to resonate with customers in Craig, Colorado, or Berea, Nebraska. The images might be beautiful, but these photos won’t capture the heart and community of a small town. We offer local photography that amplifies what makes your community unique. Time and time again, we find that a hyper-local approach builds trust and connection with potential customers.
Results
In a focus group for Luminate Broadband, we examined the key needs of their target audience, built out in-depth marketing personas, and identified that this group had a deep desire to buy from a local company that made them feel valued and heard. In response, we create ad campaigns that celebrate members of the local community. We capture local landscapes, landmarks, townscapes, and faces their potential customers will recognize. Our ad campaigns and billboards feature farmers, ranchers, retirees, hunters, and coal miners — faces the local community knows and respects. These campaigns have helped build trust and connection with potential customers.
