Secret Creek is one of the nation’s leading purveyors of high-quality tipis, yurts, and tents. When we began working with their social media accounts, they had already garnered large audience sizes, totaling more than 100,000 followers, but they didn’t have the bandwidth internally to harness the full potential of these accounts. We created a data-driven social strategy that works hand-in-hand with the client’s overall marketing plan to leverage their existing audience to help them achieve their sales and marketing goals. We also increased post frequency and designed their content to engage the audience in a way that invited them to be a part of the Secret Creek community of aspirational and current tent, yurt, and tipi owners.

Results

Not only did we help refresh Secret Creek’s look and feel on social media, we helped them achieve results. The data demonstrates that in just two months, The Marketing Dept.’s social team brought Secret Creek’s website 60% more traffic from social media sources. This traffic helps fill the top of the sales funnel, which is an important first step to moving target audiences along the sales journey. We have also helped Secret Creek achieve a more than 50% increase in content engagement.
