Before working at The Marketing Dept., Kaitlin earned her chops in fast-paced agencies, in-house teams, and entrepreneurial ventures, where she gained a unique 360° perspective of the marketing landscape. Kaitlin excels at translating complex concepts into bold, cohesive designs, delivering design solutions that achieve organizational goals and inspire audiences.
Kaitlin is an adventurous soul, drawing inspiration far beyond the studio, including travel to Mount Jungfrau, Switzerland’s third-highest mountain.
