An Interview with Internal Communications Expert Holly Wetzel

Holly has worked in strategic communications for over 25 years, spending the last 10 years in marketing, member communications and internal communications at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA). As the organization’s internal communications leader, she implemented programs that informed and engaged NRECA’s 700+ employees. She literally created the guide to internal comms for the entire industry, so we are lucky to tap into Holly’s wealth of knowledge on the topic.
